  • Yes! Your event includes up to 2 hours of service. If you'd like us to stay longer, additional service time can be added for $250 per hour.

    We recommend requesting extra time in advance, but if our schedule allows, additional hours may also be added during your event.

  • Travel within 30 miles of our Somers, NY location is included in your event minimum.

    Additional travel fees apply as follows:

    • 0–30 miles: Included

    • 31–45 miles: +$150

    • 46–60 miles: +$300

    • 60+ miles: Custom quote based on location

  • A $500 deposit and signed agreement are required to officially reserve your event date. Final payment is due 3 days before your scheduled event.

  • A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. If you cancel your event, the following cancellation policy applies:

    • 15 or more days before your event: The $500 deposit is forfeited.

    • 8–14 days before your event: 50% of the total event balance is due.

    • 7 days or less before your event: 100% of the total event balance is due.

    If you need to change your event date, we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on trailer and staffing availability. Approved reschedules may transfer the deposit one time to a new date within 365 days of the original event, subject to current pricing.
